TAI announces first High School Technology Summit

110 wordsCulture & Events, Workforce, Education & STEMThe Technology Association of Iowa will host the first Iowa High School Technology Summit, presented by Principal Financial Group, on Sept. 30 at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center, TAI announced this week. The Iowa High School Technology Summit will expose high school students to technology companies and careers across Iowa, with three presentations designed to demystify the industry by lead information technology specialists. The conference will also be livestreamed and open to any Iowa student, TAI said. The summit is scheduled on the first day of the Iowa Technology Summit, which hosts sessions on professional development tracks such as cybersecurity, cloud technology, UI/UX, technology innovation and leadership.
