A new tire distribution warehouse is coming to Johnston. Duncan, S.C.-based TCI Tire Centers LLC will move into a 33,000-square-foot building at 5605 N.W. 100th St.

Building owner Greg Judas of KC Holdings said TCI will occupy the entire building. Judas bought the warehouse for $1.75 million from the previous owner, the Beltmann Group, in January.

Beltmann relocated to 4161 Dixon St. in Des Moines.

TCI will lease the building from Judas for seven years. “The building was perfect for Tire Centers,” said Judas. “We put the deal together in a week and a half.”

According to Yahoo! Finance, TCI posted revenues of $453.8 million last year and has 2,400 employees. Relocation will begin in two or three weeks.
