Terrus Real Estate Group announced last week that it has joined TCN Worldwide, an international commercial real estate organization based in Plano, Texas. Comprising 45 independently owned brokerage firms with more than 60 offices and 1,200 brokers worldwide, TCN offers an extensive range of real estate services to its member firms. Terrus is the only Iowa affiliate of TCN, which supplies a platform to help members provide more services to local clients. TCN posted $1.1 billion in revenues in its 2007 fiscal year and ranked 19th on Real Estate Forum magazine’s November list of top 100 commercial real estate companies.
