The organization’s food truck, “Millie,” will be joined by “Tillie,” an ice cream truck donated by local ice cream store The Outside Scoop, enabling broader outreach and job opportunities for individuals of all abilities. The expansion coincides with the opening of the foundation’s new learning center in Johnston, which will offer community programming and support services. A public grand opening event is scheduled for May 16 from 2 to 6 p.m. at 8101 Birchwood Court, featuring free refreshments and tours of the facility.
