The last of the empty former Dahl’s Food Stores is about to be redeveloped with a familiar brand. Nebraska Furniture Mart is planning to buy the former grocery store at 15500 Hickman Road and move its other Clive store there.

Des Moines Register: The last of the empty former Dahl’s Food Stores is about to be redeveloped with a familiar brand. Nebraska Furniture Mart is planning to buy the former grocery store at 15500 Hickman Road and move its other Clive store there. The company plans to renovate the 65,000-square-foot building to accommodate appliance, flooring and some electronic sales. It’s currently in a 44,000-square-foot-store at 2075 N.W. 94th St. in Clive where it’s been since 2001.
