Time spent with clients on the golf  course can be effective in rapport  and building relationships. A boardroom  or office setting usually  provides limited time with too many  opportunities for distraction. Conducting  business on the golf course,  however, provides four to five hours  of interaction with clients or potential  clients in a beautiful setting that  allows each person the chance to get  to know their playing partners in an  a t m o s p h e re much more “friendly”  than a sterile office.
