Todd Ashby, executive director of the Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, will give an update on recent developments, current projects and future plans for transportation in Central Iowa when the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association meets at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 19 at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines.
