The Urbandale City Council approved a site plan for Medford, Ore.-based Lithia Motors to build a new dealership -- Updated on Nov. 28 at 8:17 a.m.

The Urbandale City Council approved a site plan for Medford, Ore.-based Lithia Motors to build a new dealership. The 20,038-square-foot building will be located at the corner of 104th Street and Hickman Road and will include a showroom, office and a service area.
