The Waukee Betterment Foundation announced the inaugural Waukee Betterment Games will be held Sept. 18 at Centennial Park in Waukee. The games are designed to promote teamwork, camaraderie and networking, a news release said. Proceeds from the event will support the Waukee Betterment Foundation’s Endowment Fund, which donates to Dallas County and Greater Waukee area nonprofits annually. The event will include up to 10 games designed for teams of four to six people of all athletic abilities ages 18 and older. The games will field between 32 and 40 teams.
