The Webster City Gateway Industrial Park has received Iowa Certified Site designation. The 478-acre, rail-served property was certified on April 9, through the Iowa Economic Development Authority’s Certified Site Program. The designation verifies that the site meets comprehensive standards for infrastructure, utility access and development readiness, enhancing its appeal to site selectors and potential investors. The milestone reflects a collaborative effort among the city of Webster City, Ames Regional Economic Alliance, Hamilton County Growth Partnership and the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
