West Des Moines will see 60,000 square feet of office space come onto the market.

Wells Fargo & Co. is leaving the Bristol and Augusta office buildings in the Country Club Office Plaza in West Des Moines, meaning R&R Realty Group must deal with filling the available space.

Mark Rupprecht of R&R Realty said his company is up for the challenge. “We’ve had larger blocks of space come available in the past and we’ve been able to back-fill it,” he said. “We’re comfortable that we’ll re-lease the space.”

Half of the space will be available for lease in a few months and the rest in midyear. Rupprecht thinks the current job growth in West Des Moines will help R&R fill the 60,000 square feet.
