WesleyLife announced President and CEO Rob Kretzinger will retire June 1, 2026, concluding a 22-year tenure as chief executive and nearly 30 years with the Midwestern nonprofit aging-services provider. Kretzinger, who joined WesleyLife as chief operating officer in 1996 and became CEO in 2003, oversaw the organization’s expansion from five traditional senior living communities into one of the Midwest’s largest nonprofit networks of health and well-being services for older adults. Under his leadership, WesleyLife’s operating revenue grew from about $19 million to more than $180 million, supported by the creation of the WesleyLife Foundation and more than $104 million in cumulative giving. Following his retirement, Kretzinger will remain with WesleyLife as a senior advisor and assist the board of directors, which has begun the search for his successor.
