The Vroman Group, an accounting and business consulting firm based in West Des Moines, has been acquired by BGM, a Bloomington, Minn.-based firm. The move expands BGM’s presence in the Midwest and broadens its service offerings in accounting, tax, advisory, wealth management, and trust and estate planning for entrepreneurial and growth-oriented clients. The Vroman Group is known for serving small to mid-sized businesses with a personalized approach. Both firms will maintain existing client relationships during the integration, which is already in progress. Accountants Advisory Group CEO Joe Tarasco advised on the transaction.
