The first two floors are public space, which includes the council chambers on the first floor. On the second floor is the information desk, conference rooms and customer service windows for the engineering, development services, neighborhood services, treasury and city clerk’s offices. The neighborhood and development services offices are on the third floor, engineering and IT are on the fourth floor and the city manager, finance and legal departments are on the fifth floor.

Public works continues to operate at 1700 Maury St., parks and recreation continues to operate from 1551 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, the fire department continues to operate from 2715 Dean Ave., and the police department continues to operate at its current location downtown at 25 E. First St.
How long did it take for the city to make the move from the historic city hall and the Argonne Armory to the new location?
The city began moving employees to the new city hall facility on Jan. 5, and the final departments moved into the building on Feb. 10.
