Tickets for the 2013 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, which will be held at the Iowa Events Center, have already sold out. This year’s sold-out championship event in St. Louis is expected to bring in $14.7 million to the St. Louis metro area and nearly 110,000 attendees, according to the St. Louis Business Journal. The paper reported that the area will see about $7.6 million in direct spending through admissions, concessions, hotels and meals and $7.1 million in indirect spending.
