Sam Zell, the founder and chairman of Equity Group Investments, and Larry Kudlow, former director of the National Economic Council, are scheduled to be the featured speakers at the 15th annual Land Investment Expo, sponsored by Peoples Co. The expo will be held Jan. 11 at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines. Zell is a global, industry-agnostic entrepreneur and investor with a track record of turning around troubled companies and assets, leading industry consolidations, and bringing companies to the public markets. Kudlow led the coordination of former President Donald Trump’s domestic and global economic policy agenda.
