$250,000 grant will support Drake Neighborhood revitalization
The Polk County Housing Trust Fund has received a $250,000 grant from Wells Fargo’s Housing Foundation and a pledge of more than 200 hours of volunteer assistance from Wells Fargo employees. The funding and volunteers will be used to support revitalization plans for the northeast area of the Drake Neighborhood. Details of the neighborhood revitalization plan will be provided at a public meeting scheduled for Dec. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Levitt Hall at Drake University.
