State government revenue in Iowa is forecast to rise by 4.9 percent for the current fiscal year, but it's projected to rise by only 1.7 percent the following year, which Democrats warn could force state budget cuts.

Des Moines Register: State government revenue in Iowa is forecast to rise by 4.9 percent for the current fiscal year, but it’s projected to rise by only 1.7 percent the following year, which Democrats warn could force state budget cuts. The three-member Iowa Revenue Estimating Conference met today to issue its latest forecast.
