Eric Caldwell and Abi Reiland have joined JLL’s Des Moines office, the real estate and investment management firm announced. Caldwell is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and comes to Des Moines after nearly eight years in JLL’s St. Louis office. In Des Moines, Caldwell is responsible for leading appraisal and consulting services as well as one-to-one client relationship management, appraisal review and business development for the Iowa market. Reiland has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales with companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500s, has been a small business owner in Des Moines for over 10 years, and is the founder of a local nonprofit and professional networking group. In her new position, Reiland will work with both the office agency leasing and tenant representation teams to assist clients in analyzing their real estate needs and developing strategies that align real estate initiatives with overall business plans.
