The purpose of the master plan is to create a road map for potential future redevelopment of the area directly south of Gray’s Lake. Currently the area, which stretches from Fleur Drive east to Southwest Seventh Street, is a mix of light industrial and commercial and office uses. The area also includes some undeveloped land and residences. The public is invited to participate in the virtual meeting and provide input.
