Ryan Cos. US Inc. has created an organizational structure that includes geographic divisions, according to a release. Collin Barr, who previously led what the construction and real estate development firm called the North Region, has been named president of its Central U.S. division, which has offices in Iowa and other northern, south-central and Midwest states. Rick Collins has been named president of the company’s Western U.S. division, which will serve the Southwest, Northwest and West regions. Offices in Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin and Ryan’s Eastern U.S. division will report to national President Jeff Smith. Minneapolis-based Ryan also has created a chief integration officer position, which will work with all the company’s development, architecture and engineering, construction, and real estate management segments. The company also plans to combine the chief financial officer and chief administrative officer positions.
