About: A panel of leading women in our community will speak on issues related to the “War on Talent,” a phrase coined to discuss efforts to recruit and retain talent in our community. Mary Bontrager, executive vice president of talent development for the Greater Des Moines Partnership, will moderate the discussion and uncover the challenges and successes Des Moines has had in building its employment talent.
