The 24/7 information and resource referral service acts as a single point of contact to thousands of disaster services, human service programs, community services and governmental programs. Assistance is available in 150 languages and services are accessible to people with disabilities. People can connect with a certified 211 specialist who can help them by calling 211, visiting 211iowa.org, downloading the 211 Iowa app, or texting their ZIP code to 898211.
