Chuck Grassley for his pivotal role the Music Modernization Act that was passed by Congress last year. Alongside a star-studded guest list, the 85-year-old senator will be honored for his stewardship of the legislation that marked the “biggest update to music legislation in the past 40 years,” according to the Recording Academy.
