New documentary chronicles Iowan’s fight to walk again
A Bondurant native and former Luther College football player who was paralyzed by a tackle when he was 18 is now the subject of a feature film that recently debuted on streaming channels. The documentary, “7 Yards: The Chris Norton Story,” chronicles Norton’s journey from his injury in 2010 to his 7-yard wedding walk in 2018. It’s available on Apple TV, Prime Video and other platforms. The film also debuts on Netflix on March 30.
