An airplane maintenance company based in Sioux City plans to open a facility in Salina, Kan., with immediate plans to employ 50 workers by this fall and up to 450 employees within three years.

The company, 1 Vision Aviation, does maintenance, repair and overhauls on commercial and corporate airliners, as well as private planes, crop dusters and other general aviation products.
