$4 million expansion of Des Moines assisted living center announced

76 wordsAll Latest News, Health and Wellness, Real Estate and DevelopmentConstruction has started on a $4 million expansion of Edencrest at Beaverdale Assisted Living and Memory Care at 3410 Beaver Ave., officials announced this week. Twenty apartments will be added to center, which now has 60 units. Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2020. Ten of the new units will include full kitchens, a new amenity at the development. Hubbell Realty Co. and Senior Housing Management of Cedar Rapids are partners in the project.
