The chief executives of two large Central Iowa companies have received exemplary ratings from their employees, earning them Top CEO spots in Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards for 2019. Esfand Dinshaw, CEO of Sammons Financial Group in West Des Moines, was ranked No. 11 on the list with a 97% approval rating from his employees. Pella Corp. CEO Tim Yaggi was ranked No. 43 in the national list, with an approval rating of 95%. The Pella-based manufacturing CEO’s recognition comes on the heels of Pella opening a satellite office in Urbandale, a quality of life move to reduce commuting time that Yaggi was instrumental in advancing. In West Des Moines, Sammons Financial has just broken ground on a new headquarters building that’s expected to be completed by fall 2020.
