Randy Roth, president of West Des Moines-based contract negotiation firm Seprio LLC, is retiring effective July 31. Roth founded the firm, formerly known as Corporate Contracts, in 2002, and has built a national niche in vendor management, contract negotiation and contract management. Pat Bohnenkamp, a co-founder of the firm, will be the owner and final decision-maker, and Dave Dvorak is assuming Roth’s relationship management and business development responsibilities. John Allenback, Pat Boucher and Craig Johansen are continuing to run the day-to-day deals and negotiations, Roth said.
