The Chicago District Federal Bank report found farmland values across the Midwest region fell by 1% during the second quarter compared with a year ago, but in Iowa values rose 1%. The Chicago Federal District Survey covers all of Iowa and parts of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan.
