MercyOne announced that its family medicine clinic in West Des Moines has moved from 119 19th St. to a new location at 1525 Grand Ave., next to Sacred Heart Church in West Des Moines. Scheduled to open Monday, the clinic will be named Grand Avenue Family Medicine. The 10,000-square-foot clinic includes 16 patient exam rooms, a laboratory for on-site testing, a procedure room and X-ray services. Downing Construction was the construction partner. The clinic’s medical staff includes two family medicine physicians and three nurse practitioners, with the capacity to add more providers in the future. The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with walk-in acute care available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 515-226-0112.
