Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group, Realtors has expanded into the commercial real estate arena, joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial network as Coldwell Banker Commercial Mid-America, the company announced this week. In addition, Brad Long, a longtime Des Moines-area commercial real estate agent, has joined CBC Commercial. Long began in commercial real estate as the vice president of strategic development for Mid-America Group, then moved into the role of president with Grubb & Ellis. Most recently he was affiliated at a local real estate brokerage as managing director and broker associate before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Mid-America. CBC Mid-America associates and brokers will be located at the five metro-area Coldwell Banker offices. “This new division will allow us to expand our opportunities in the real estate community and provide unmatched service to our clients and premier support to our real estate agents.” Marne Sirfus, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group, Realtors and Coldwell Banker Commercial Mid-America, said in a news release.
