Ivy College rolls out Master of Health Care Analytics and Operations degree program
The Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University announced that it now offers a Master of Health Care Analytics and Operations degree program. Recently approved by the Iowa Board of Regents, the part-time MHAO degree program was developed to help students combat logistical challenges in the industry and prepare them for analyzing and administering streamlined processes rooted in data. Students will receive hands-on experience analyzing operations, supply chains, and data to develop action plans that lead to better outcomes for the healthcare industry. Offered completely online, the 30-credit program can be completed in as little as 15 months, giving students an opportunity to complete the part-time program from anywhere in the nation. “It is perfect for existing health care working professionals, or individuals who are looking to make a career change,” said Kevin Scheibe, the Union Pacific Professor of Information Systems and chair for the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics. Undergraduate students seeking additional expertise and health care analytics training may also apply to the program.
