Amazon and city officials have refused to confirm whether the online retailer is behind the massive warehouse — code named “Project Bluejay” — and the company is not named in the latest documents. Bondurant will instead sign a six-year agreement with project developer Ryan Cos. It will waive 80% of property taxes on new construction in the first year. That amount will decrease by 10% each subsequent year, ending at 30% in the sixth year.
