Great Outdoors Foundation names project manager for Central Iowa Water Trails

McClelland will lead 11 committees working on the project. McClelland previously worked at ITA Group, serving as a program manager for the company’s primary pharmaceutical client. Central Iowa Water Trails topped $17 million in private fundraising earlier this month, more than half of the private fundraising goal of $33.5 million.
