The Iowa Association of Business and Industry Foundation is currently accepting applications for Business Horizons, a weeklong program in which high school students learn about career opportunities, the business world, teamwork, leadership and personal development. Students will work with a team to develop a product, design a marketing plan and present their proposal to an investor panel made of volunteer business people. The session runs June 28-July 2 at Central College in Pella. Students who apply soon will receive priority consideration and an $85 discount on registration. Applications will be accepted until mid-June or until the program is full.
