McClure Engineering plans merger with Missouri company
Clive-based McClure Engineering Co. and Trabue, Hansen & Hinshaw Inc. (THHinc) of Columbia, Mo. have signed a letter of intent to merge, according to a release. McClure Engineering specializes in water, wastewater, transportation, aviation and storm water management, while HHinc’s emphasis is on structural and civil engineering. After the deal closes, anticipated during the second quarter, THHinc-McClure Engineering Co. will be the operating name in Columbia, while McClure Engineering will retain its name in markets where it currently operates.
