United Way of Central Iowa has announced the appointment of two individuals to the organization’s senior leadership staff. Melanie Campbell has been promoted to chief donor engagement officer. She will lead the organization’s corporate and donor engagement, as well as grant teams and three leadership affinity groups. Campbell joined United Way in 2010. Andy TeBockhorst has been appointed to the newly created role of chief strategic communications officer, effective April 13. He will lead a team responsible for traditional and digital communication and marketing efforts. TeBockhorst has worked for companies including Businessolver, Stelter Corp. and Merit Resources Inc.
