Clive hires new public works director
The Clive City Council has approved the hiring of Jeff May as director of the city’s Public Works Department, according to a release. May, a civil engineer, was assistant public works director for the city of Des Moines and before that was public works director for 17 years for the city of Knoxville. He starts work April 27. May replaces Bart Weller, who retired on April 6 after 27 years with Clive.
