Prositions Inc. of Urbandale, said Wednesday it has signed a multiyear agreement for the worldwide distribution rights of Media Learning International’s entire content library. Founded in 2010, MLI has an extensive library of video and digital content, including the highly successful behavioral interviewing video “More Than a Gut Feeling” and the revolutionary supervisory performance support series “The Management Coach.” The worldwide distribution agreement includes a catalog of 59 training videos in multiple languages. “This is an important step for us in our global marketing strategy,” said Jill Dillenburg, vice president of sales and marketing for Prositions. “The MLI content will be a significant addition to our product offerings.” Prositions was founded in 2010 by serial entrepreneur Frank Russell as a career transition services for displaced business professionals that now also provides services to military veterans.
