Hy-Vee seeks tax credits for HQ expansion

Hy-Vee has already been approved for $7.5 million in state tax credits, and the corporation has asked for $1.3 million from the city to complete the $70 million project. Officials hope their request will appear before the City Council on Oct. 19.
