Dahl Trust donates $25K to Greenwood Pond renovation
The next phase of the renovation of the Greenwood Pond behind the Des Moines Art Center will be financed with a $25,000 grant from the W.T. and Edna M. Dahl Trust, according to a release from the Art Center. The pond, an environmental sculpture and urban wetlands by American artist Mary Miss, has been under renovation for several years. The Dahl Trust money will help renovate the water level elevation platform.
