The American Business Women’s Association has named West Des Moines health 

coach and business owner Jennifer Childress as one of its top 10 businesswomen of the year. Childress, owner of Patina Esprit Wellness/Jenspiration, was recognized during the ABWA’s national conference Oct. 16. The award honors 10 outstanding members for achieving excellence in career, education and community involvement. Childress has been on the ABWA national board of directors and is currently the Des Moines Area ABWA Council chair.
