Coralville celebrates its new one-stop commuting shop
Coralville plans a grand opening of sorts at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at its new park-and-ride center, which opened in August. The facility, officially the Coralville Transit Intermodal Facility, provides parking and bus service and is hooked up to trails, offers showers and houses the Iowa Bicycle Coalition offices. The center is located at the Iowa River Landing. It also has bike lockers, restrooms, and lockers. Monthly park-and-ride permits are $50, which includes an unlimited ride bus pass for Coralville Transit. Read more
