Southern comfort food restaurant to open downtown next spring
An investment group led by Christopher Diebel has signed a lease on the ground-floor space of the Clemens building at 200 10th Street in downtown Des Moines. Teddy Maroon’s LLC plans to open Bubba – Southern Comforts, a restaurant and lounge featuring “chef-driven Southern comfort food complemented by craft cocktails, microbrews and wines,” according to a press release. The restaurant will be managed by Orchestrate Hospitality.
