McClure Engineering to merge with Red Oak rail specialists
McClure Engineering Co. of Clive has signed a definitive agreement to merge with JFSCO Engineering of Red Oak, according to a release. With the merger, McClure will add rail design and terminal transloading facility design work to its services, expand its survey scanning and aviation expertise and add resources into the southwest Iowa. Upon completion of the merger, anticipated for the first part of 2016, McClure will retain the leadership role and JFSCO Engineering will operate under the name McClure JFSCO Engineering Co. Financial details were not released.
