Iowa DNR issues clarification on air permit changes
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has developed a fact sheet detailing when air quality permits need to be changed. Industry representatives had raised questions.The publication describes 22 common scenarios at plants that need the permits, and may have to change them based on equipment modifications.
