Suku Radia, president and CEO of Bankers Trust Co., and Dr. Mary Radia, a rheumatologist, are serving as co-chairs of the 2016 Greater Des Moines Heart Ball, to be held Saturday, Feb. 27, at Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center at Veterans Memorial. The annual black-tie event draws nearly 1,000 attendees and will feature live and silent auctions, dinner and entertainment from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. The Radias are leading a volunteer committee of local business executives to raise $400,000 to support the fight against heart disease and strokes.
