Tacopocalypse won’t open store in Coralville after all
Des Moines-based Tacopocalypse will no longer be opening a location in Coralville, the Corridor Business Journal reported. The restaurant was scheduled to open in a roughly 2,300 square-foot store at 920 E. Second Ave. late last year. Chef and owner Sam Auen did not respond to a request for comment, although a representative with the restaurant told the Corridor Business Journal that the owner no longer plans to open a restaurant in Coralville.
