Another restaurant planned for Krause-owned Locust Street properties

A new eatery, +39 Restaurant, has leased space at Locust Plaza, 1430 Locust St., in downtown Des Moines. The landlord, Locust Street Investments LLC, was represented by Tyler Dingel, Todd Millang and Riley Hogan of CBRE|Hubbell Commercial. The tenant was represented by Pat Schneider of Ferguson Real Estate Services. The restaurant space is under construction, and +39 is not expected to open until late spring or early summer. Locust Street Investments was created on behalf of Kum & Go LC President and CEO Kyle Krause. Lurra Cucina opened in October at 1420 Locust, which is also owned by Locust Street Investments.
